Registration desk
The Organizing Secretariat will be available on-site as follow:
Friday, February 2                   12:30 – 18:30
Saturday, February 3              08:00 – 13:30

A badge will be provided on-site together with the Congress kit. Participants are kindly requested to always wear their name badge during the Meeting.

Attendance Certificates
Attendance certificates are delivered on request to all regularly registered participants at the end of the meeting.

The Organizing Secretariat will not be held responsible for any loss, accident and damage that might occur during the Congress and travelling: participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the Meeting.
